Traditional Mince Pies

Learn to make traditional mince pies entirely from scratch! Using Suffolk heritage apples and local apple liqueur, you'll create deliciously boozy mince pies perfect for Christmas parties.

Follow expert tips for super shortcrust pastry and a special mincemeat recipe to craft pies that are crisp on the outside and gooey in the middle. Impress your guests with these grown-up festive treats!

Christmas Chocolate Workshop
